WaiverDesk is Avaiya’s operations app for watersport companies that need a clean front-desk flow from booking to signed liability waiver. Create waiver templates, add activities such as jet ski, banana boat, and diving, then book guests ahead or on the spot. Staff open tablet check-in so each participant captures ID (Emirates ID, passport, or driving licence), reads the waiver, and signs—minors can include a guardian. Staff check in only when required waivers are complete. Signed copies are archived with a text snapshot, signature, and ID photo, and can be voided with a reason. Sales, quotations, customers, purchases, stock, employees, reports, and accounting sit in the same cloud workspace so the desk is not a waiver app plus a separate spreadsheet for billing.
UAE watersport desks move fast: walk-up guests, mixed languages, and a wet dock. Paper waivers get lost, photos sit in WhatsApp, and nobody can prove which version of the legal text was signed. Do guests need to install an app?+
No. Guests sign on a staff tablet in the browser. Staff can also install WaiverDesk as a home-screen web app for kiosk use.
Can we require Emirates ID or passport photos?+
Yes. Waiver templates can require an ID document. The tablet flow supports Emirates ID, passport, driving licence, and other ID types with a photo of the document.
What if a guest is a minor?+
Templates can require a guardian. The tablet flow records guardian name alongside the participant before signing.
Does it include invoicing?+
Yes. Invoices, quotations, customers, purchases, expenses, stock, employees, reports, and accounting are in the same workspace as watersport bookings.
