Create one-off or recurring jobs (weekly through yearly), assign crew, and dispatch on WhatsApp. Keep a services catalogue with per-hour, per-visit, and package rates, a customer master with TRN, and tax invoices linked to jobs with multi-payment recording. Employees store Emirates ID, visa, zone, and salary structure; payroll covers basic, housing, transport, commission, and deductions. Expenses record recoverable input VAT, and reports include VAT summary, sales and purchase registers, and statements of account with Excel export—plus chart of accounts, journals, and ledger.
